As a Business Technology Leader & Design Strategist, I am passionate about helping clients use design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems and scope AI solutions for real business challenges.
In my role, I collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and use design thinking methods to develop innovative solutions. I enjoy meeting clients and students where they are and helping them think differently to achieve their goals.
In addition to my work at IBM, I am passionate about educating others on design thinking methodologies and tools. I believe that everyone can benefit from learning how to apply design thinking principles to their work.
